If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any Techkon USA product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Equipment Leasing

Techkon partners with Charter Capital to offer flexible leasing options with a simple process and fast approval. Leasing enables small and medium sized printing companies to invest in technology that makes them more competitive and profitable.


The warranty for Techkon products (including the DENS, SpectroDens, SpectroPlate, and SpectroJet) is 24 months starting with the date of purchase.   The warranty for other Techkon products (including the SpectroDrive and PressLink) is 12 months.  An optional extended warranty is available for the SpectroDrive, while an optional service agreement is available for PressLink.  The invoice is the certificate of warranty. The warranty is invalid if the damage is caused by improper use of the device. Only original Techkon spare parts and accessories are to be used.

Should a Techkon product not work according to the specification, please contact us before sending us the device. In most cases we can solve the problem over the phone or via email.

Inspection Intervals

We recommend validating the complete functionality of the device with a Device Check at the 12 month time interval at a Techkon service center. The complete Device Check includes the issuance of a new Manufacturer certificate.
