Expanded gamut or ECG printing is still a type of process printing where it is critical to maintain specfic solid ink densites and TVI values to ensure that you have a repeatable priont process that can accurately reproduce color. SpectroDens provides the ability to measure solid ink densities and TVI’s for all of the colors in your ECG process. Also, SpectroDens has the ability to use SCTV to measure to the TVI’s of your non-CMYK’s in your ECG process.
