Techkon warranties handheld color measurement instruments and SpectroJet scanners against defects in material and design for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment from Techkon USA’s facility, unless mandatory law provides for longer periods.

Techkon warranties SpectroDrive and PressLink color scanning systems and inline color measurement systems for twelve (12) months.

During the factory warranty period, Techkon will replace or repair, at its discretion, defective or malfunctioning parts free of charge. The Techkon factory warranty does not cover failure of warranted goods resulting from damage after shipment, accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or any other use not in accordance with written or verbal recommendations, accompanying documentation, published specifications, or standard industry practice. The Techkon factory warranty does not cover products previously repaired or serviced by anyone other than Techkon or its authorized representatives.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee from Techkon USA

Techkon USA guarantees instruments and software for thirty (30) days from the date of shipping. If installation is required by Techkon USA, Techkon USA guarantees the product and software for thirty (30) days from the final day of installation. This is a full money‐back guarantee. If the customer is not completely satisfied with the product, they may return it to Techkon USA within thirty (30) days for a replacement product or a full refund within ninety (90) days from the shipping date. (Refund does not include shipping charges nor charges for installation or training.) The customer agrees to allow Techkon the opportunity to attempt to resolve any issues that arise during the thirty (30) day guarantee period.
